EMMA’s two bookable event spaces, Aitio and Luova, provide an inspiring setting for a wide range of events, with art integrated both within the spaces and in their immediate surroundings. In addition to a stunning atmosphere, EMMA’s facilities make it easy to incorporate artistic experiences, such as guided tours or creative workshops, into your meeting or special occasion.

Our museum workshops are being refreshed for the autumn season and are ideal as creative interludes during events, or as part of wellbeing and team-building days. The Momentary Sculpture workshop is designed to spark inspiration and foster group spirit, while Salt Painting offers a moment of calm and mindful focus.

You can book a ready-made meeting package that includes the space, an art experience, and catering. You can also ask our expert sales team to tailor an event to your needs. Luova (1–50 people, 83 m²) is available from 22 August 2025, and Aitio (1–150 people, 180 m²) from 1 July 2025.

All bookable spaces are accessible and adaptable. For larger events, the event area can be extended into the exhibition spaces, allowing for an even more spacious and impressive setting. Larger-scale events are always planned individually, with the safety of the artworks carefully considered.
