The Art Testers at EMMA
The Art Testers visits to EMMA have started. Every Thursday the museum will display posters made by school students about issues that are important to them. Prior to creating the posters, they have met an artist to discuss art and how art can make a difference. Art Testers is a culture education programme that offers all eighth graders in Finland an opportunity to enjoy art.
During the school year, some 1,400 eighth graders from Helsinki, Vantaa and Kirkkonummi visit EMMA. The Art Testers programme guarantees all 60,000 eighth graders in Finland a culture experience that is tailored to their needs.
