Karoliina Loimaala: Moi-femme, je-femme – Dance Performance
Moi-femme, je-femme is a dance piece rooted in écriture féminine. The work draws inspiration from Hélène Cixous’s 1975 essay The Laugh of the Medusa, translating its ideas into movement in its own way. The dance unfolds as a poetic gesture of solidarity and love toward feminine power. Visitors are welcome to spend as much time in the world of the piece as they wish. The performance features watermelons and a head of cabbage.
Included in the museum entrance fee (20/10€, free entry for under 18-year-olds).
We accept the Museum Card.
