The reservation must be made no later than 24 hours before the date of the service. We will confirm the booking as soon as possible to the email address indicated on the form. Please check your spam folder in case you haven’t received a confirmation. Cancellations are possible at no charge 24 hours prior to the date of the tour, otherwise the museum will charge the full price for the service. The reserver agrees to receive the guided tour at the agreed time if the museum confirms the reservation.
