EMMA’s collections feature a selection of Finnish and international contemporary works as well as highlights of modernist art and design. The collections are widely accessible to the public at our museum, in Finna search service and also at public venues around Espoo and in exhibitions around the world.

EMMA Collection
EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art owns nearly 3,000 works highlighting modernism and contemporary art. A large number of works are on display in public buildings and outdoor venues around Espoo. The collection is augmented regularly with topical contemporary works related to the museum’s exhibitions. Read more

Saastamoinen Foundation Art Collection is one of Finland’s leading collections of Finnish and international art. Every year, dozens of new contemporary works are added to the collection. Read more
Tapio Wirkkala Rut Bryk Foundation
The Tapio Wirkkala Rut Bryk Foundation Collection comprises the personal archives of two legendary Finnish designers. It is also the largest existing collection of works by the artist couple. Read more

Collection Kakkonen opened to the public in November 2022. The internationally significant collection focuses on Finnish glass and ceramic art. Read more
