Metamorphosis – Part I + Q&A
Metamorphosis – Part I is like a painting in motion, with the moods of playfulness, strangeness and fragility alternating. The space itself is transformed by the changing coloured lights, paint and movement. The performance becomes a drama of painting and motion that leaves room for the viewer’s own interpretation.
The performance is part of an interdisciplinary exhibition created for EMMA’s space by artist Hannaleena Heiska and dancer-choreographer Minna Tervamäki.
Performers: Hannaleena Heiska, Minna Tervamäki, Anni Jokimies, Elena Vedenkantaja & Fenella O´Neill
