The reservation must be made no later than 7 working days before the date of the service. We will confirm the booking as soon as possible to the email address indicated on the form. Please check your spam folder in case you haven’t received a confirmation. Cancellations are possible at no charge 7 days prior to the date of the tour, otherwise the museum will charge the full price for the service.
