EMMA Talks: Hands in Clay
How does making art affect us? What do shaping clay and making ceramics have to do with humanity? Ceramic artists Priska Falin and Nathalie Lautenbacher speak about these and other subjects in a discussion, which is moderated by EMMA’s curator Laura Kokkonen. The audience can model clay during the event.
This tour of public artworks in Tapiola is conducted by jogging. The Art Run is led by sports instructor Rani Saarinen, who is also a guide at EMMA.
Queer Guided Tour
The guided tour visits the works of EMMA’s current exhibitions through gender and sexual diversity.
Metamorphosis – Part II + Q&A
Metamorphosis – Part II is a slowly changing painterly event that appears different depending on the viewing angle. The performance is part of an interdisciplinary exhibition created for EMMA’s space by artist Hannaleena Heiska and dancer-choreographer Minna Tervamäki.
